Great post! I have an unnatural love for throwing myself off of high places, whether intentional or not.

This is indeed a leap of faith of sorts, faith in one’s own abilities and faith of overcoming a fear.If you can relive the moment with pleasure than it is definitely worth the effort.

  5. amazing!!! what a crazy experience! love the way you narrate it now – with the wisdom of a year later. Thank you for the inspiration! We are bigger than our fears!

  6. Doing that takes so much courage! The closest I’ve come to a jump like that was on a cliff half the height, and even that had me terrified and the water was cold, it hurt, and I vowed not to do it again but this looks so beautiful and you make it sound so fun I would love to try it. Thanks for sharing!

Good for your conquering that inner voice. I have never jumped like that, even when everyone I’m with is doing it for hours on end. Other scary stuff, I’ve talked myself into, though.

Kerala is a best place to explore, and it is the best place that can heal your mind and body with nature and Ayurveda. Trivandrum and mostly all places have the roots of Ayurveda and its magical treatments . Have a trip to here in kerala and i am sure that you will just amazing..
